At Aristotle International, Fraz has spent seven years as the founding designer across a six-product enterprise platform used by political campaigns, PACs, and election administrators. He built the design practice, design system, and AI-native design culture from the ground up, while partnering closely with product, engineering, and domain experts.
A core part of his recent work is the Progressive Trust in AI framework: a production-shipped approach for how AI-powered products communicate confidence, surface insights, guide non-linear workflows, and help users understand when to trust, question, or act on system recommendations.
